SLC's Special Olympics Day and New Couch

Special Olympics Athletics On the 22 March 2017, our SLC students attended Special Olympics Athletics at the Millennium Stadium on the North Shore.  It was a lovely day and our students all did very well in their events.  Our SLC relay team came 3rd in their first ever relay event. 

Well done to all of the students who received certificates for each of their events.

Bev Tennant   Student Learning Centre's New Couch  A new couch arrived this term for the SLC students in Mrs Tennant’s class.  Summer and Chontel-rose love sitting on it to read stories (below).
