Planning a Healthy Lunch

Two of our ESOL students completed a unit of work on planning a healthy lunch. Since they had planned it, they volunteered to make their lunch for the homework club one Tuesday. We were treated to a lovely low fat fried rice and sapasui (chop suey), for lunch. Our chefs were Teakireke and Kappy.
