Sports Team: Intermediate Boys B Hockey Team
Captain(s): Ethan Heald
Summary of how the team going this year (wins/losses/improvements noted etc): I believe we’ve been doing well in our grade with some room for improvement. Individually we have made good progress, particularly with stronger hitting and more control of the ball. This is helping the rest of the team immensely.
Goals for the remainder of the year: I would like to see an increase in accuracy with trapping and passing.
Any special performances or thankyous etc: I personally would like to acknowledge Reuben, who is currently on the sideline. Although his time has been cut short, he was a great help to the team. Also to Mr Howson and some parents of the team who have helped out with coaching and transportation to our games

Summary of how the team going this year (wins/losses/improvements noted etc): The team has gelled together well since the trials and those new to hockey have quickly come to grips with the game
Goals for the remainder of the year: Making passes connect and hanging onto the ball for longer are important targets. Also a bit of mongrel in the goal circle to finish to convert our hard work into goals at the end of the night
Any special performances or thankyous etc: Nicky, Richard, Cath and Sarah have all contributed a lot to the smooth running and coaching of the team, plus we couldn’t do it without the dedicated transportation team.

Boys Intermediate A Hockey team - Captain’s Blurb by Kyuss Scott
Summary: We started the season off well winning the grading tournament. There were some close calls but we held up fine and the team is getting alot better throughout the season. We managed to finish 3rd in the first round of games, despite losing our top two players!
Goals for our team for the remainder of the season is to keep winning and playing hard. Also to get our forward players to be stronger in games and to do well at AIMS.
Thanks to Gus Holland who saved our team by playing goal keeper for the past few games. And to our coach and manager Sean Scott and Warren ( Juice) Jones
