NEW Rock Climbing Club

The rock climbing club Is offered to all middle and senior school students (Yr9-13). Rock climbing is a sport that involves climbing up rock faces both real and artificial. The sport offers both physical and mental challenges, Physically it helps develop a broad range of muscle groups and flexibility for the individual while mentally you develop problem solving skills as you progress up the wall, as well as advancing in climbing skills. Being a solo sport students are able to advance at their own pace while still participating in a social and supportive environment.
