Shaun Beamish selected in the Nth Districts Under 19’s cricket side

Shaun Beamish has been selected in the Northern Districts Under 19’s cricket side. This is an awesome achievement given the calibre of players who have made the team and those who have missed out. This is great reward for Shaun who has made giant strides recently and is becoming a very good fast bowler with the potential to play at the highest level.

Playing for the local Kaipara Flats Cricket Club, Sean has snared a number of 5 wicket bags in the premier Northland competition. He has also made his debut for the Northland men’s A side and was even invited to bowl with the new pink ball to the Blackcaps in Hamilton prior to their trip to Australia.
