Under Water Hockey Intensive Training Programme.

For the last fortnight under water hockey coach, Mr Terry Axford with senior players Max Hargreaves & Georgia Bayes, have been taking under water hockey training sessions with various PE classes, in the school pool. The purpose of the exercise was to introduce a wider group of students to this burgeoning sport & start to build interest & participation so the school can continue to maintain it’s number one ranking in the country.

Mrs Healy’s Year 7 homeroom were particularly appreciative of the opportunity to play under water hockey. Most had not snorkelled, let alone played before, but really enjoyed the experience and finished keen to have another go.
