Wrestling tournament at the College on the Sept 28th
We are hosting a wrestling tournament at the College on the 28th of September. On this day we will also hold for the first time a Mahurangi College Champion Wrestler competition. This is open to any student who would like to have a go at Wrestling (it is especially beneficial for rugby / league players in terms of helping with tackling skills etc).
We are excited to provide students the opportunity to be trained by a fantastic Canadian wrestler during the four weeks leading up to the tournament. Please promote this with your students, as if they are interested in entering into the tournament, the clinic sessions will give them a definite advantage over other competitors - as well as cover the cost of entering the tournament.
