Sailing Squad win place in 2013 Inter-dominion Regatta in Australia

The Mahurangi College 420 Teams Racing Squad travelled down to Taupo during the school holidays to represent Mahurangi College in the 2013 Teams Racing National Championships. Conditions were tricky, ranging from very light to heavy, testing the sailing ability of every sailor. After 5 days of racing the top teams in New Zealand, our team finished a very pleasing 3rd, securing their place on a trip overseas. The sailing squad will fly over to Australia in the October School Holidays to represent New Zealand and Mahurangi College in the 2013 Inter-dominion Regatta.
