Performing Arts Academy
1 Justin Wilson - Drama
Justin studies Level 2 drama and enjoys acting.  He is always busy and involved in drama activities and constantly looks for ways to better his craft.
2 Atanarei Rui - Kapahaka and Pasifika
Atanarei is a Year 12 student who is dedicated to all performance activities. He has participated in all perfromances by Kapahaka and Pasifika culturals groups at the college.
3 Steven Beechey - Music
Steven is a dedicated and enthusiastic student of guitar. He frequently writes and experiments with new techniques and hopes to study jazz in the future.
4 Daniel Collings -  Drama
Daniel studies Level 2 drama. He is also the lead clarinet in the Senior Jazz Band and has had perfromance roles in many school productions. Daniel also drums and sings.
5 Lana McCarthy - Music
Lana is a Level 2 student who really enjoys singing and playing guitar. She is also keen on drama but does not take it as a subject. She says that her love of singing allows her freedom of expression.
6 Alana Hathaway - Music and Dance
Alana is a Year 12 student who is involved in the Harmony Group, Choir and ballet as performance arts. She wants to learn new skills through the academy in different fields of the arts.
7 Hannah Mills - Drama
Hannah is a Level 2 drama student. She particularly enjoys singing and has taken part in productions and Harmony Group. Hannah wishes to pursue drama and singing in the future.
8 Olivia Collier - Music
Olivia is a Level 2 student with plenty of outside musical experience under her belt. She plays guitar and sings and is very keen to learn new skills from other areas of the Performing Arts.
9 Lottie Thompson - Drama
Lottie is a Level 2 drama student who is seeking to hone her talent and explore opportunities to extend her ability. Lottie is a hard worker who enjoys the environment of the academy to share her passion.
10 Amy Maddren  - Dance
Amy is a regular participant in dance competitions and has already undertaken a dance scholarship this year. Amy is keen to learn more holistically about the performing arts.
11 Scott Dirven - Sound and Lighting
Scott is the head of the Tech team at the college and is a Cultural prefect this year.  He is in the academy to advance his creative skills in the areas of sound and lighting and to experience these aspects of professional performances.
12 Scott Wardenaar - Music
Scott has been playing the guitar for 5 years and studying NCEA music. He enjoys playing progressive and melodic death metal along with funk and reggae styles. He also writes a lot of material and is back up bass player in the Senior Jazz Band.
13 Elspeth Free- dance, drama and music
Elspeth is a cross-disciplinary performer who learns dance, drama and music. She plays classical guitar and participates in several performance groups in the school. She studies NCEA Music and Drama.
14 Becky Moon- Music
Becky gives regular performances across the Rodney district with her singer/songwriter/ guitar skills. Sheis currently preparing a demo CD and is working towards a career in music.
15 Nicole Adams - Kapa Haka
Nicole has been in the front line of the Kapa Haka group and shows leadership in this area. She has natural singing skills and is considering tertiary study in Maori Performing Arts.
16 Emmanuelle Baur - Drama
Emmanuelle Baur has a passion for singing, song-writing and acting. She attends lessons for these and is successful in Trinity exams for music and drama.
