Yr 7&8 North Harbour Swimming Zone day Mar 17
Thursday last week saw 14 of our top Year 7 & Year 8 swimmers compete at the North Harbour zone day. Against tough competition they all swam incredibly well. Highlights of the day were the boys, girls and mixed team relays; and two stand out individual performances from Sila Coleman who qualified in the Y7 Girls 50m Backstroke final and Zali Taylor who qualified in the Y8 Girls 50m Backstroke, 50m Freestyle and 50m Breaststroke finals, where she finished 4th - just missing out on qualifying for Auckland Champs! A great effort. Congratulations to you all!
