Year 7 girls Soccer Zone day ends in success for Mahurangi girls

The Year 7 Girls Soccer Zone Day was held a few weeks ago at Rosedale Park Albany and the girls did extremely well! The Girls had a fantastic day and played some brilliant football, which saw them make the finals. 

They played Murrays Bay in the final and although they played with sheer pride and determination, lost the game 4-0, which meant they took second place! C

ongratulations girls, you should be very proud of your efforts! Big Thanks to Mr Carty, Mr Gothard, Mr Wigman and Mr Hudson for transporting the girls and supporting them throughout the day!
