Students will be involved in initial design development, prototyping, and problem solving, then evaluating their design and production processes. Students will complete practical projects with some accompanying design and explanation of their thinking.
    Main Areas of Study:
This course expands on the essential skills and knowledge students developed in Level One Technology. It suits students who are interested in product design and innovation. Students will produce two or more practical projects with supporting development and evaluation. The course will cover computer design work and automated production, along with traditional practical skills. While this course is practical and caters to all students, it is also an academic technology program offering achievement standards and can be part of both a vocational or university pathway.
