| Learning Strategies: | ||||
| This course will focus on both choreography and performance skills throughout the year. Students will work on developing their technical skills in a range of dance styles in order to strengthen their performances, and then focus on the context and features of a particular style of dance. | ||||
| Main Areas of Study: | ||||
| This course will include a range of practical and theoretical contexts as students work towards developing their performance skills and in depth understanding of the background of a dance style. Students will participate in the Dance Showcase to demonstrate their performance skills in an authentic environment. | ||||
