| Whilst the majority of behaviour at lunchtimes in the gym has been positive, unfortunately there are some students that are failing to follow the rules and meet expectations. The gyms are therefore closed for Monday and Tuesday at lunchtime. Upon them being open from Wednesday onwards, please ensure your shoes and socks are off, you are not eating or drinking in the gyms, and you leave at the first bell to get to whanau on time. |

| NZ Divers are offering a course from the 4th to the 6th of October. They offer a great deal for Mahu students and their families. Enquire directly in store (Morrison drive) or talk to Mr Waugh in T5 for a pamphlet. |

| Any students wanting to sign up and take part in the Auckland primary and intermediate school surfing champs, please sign up on the board outside the sports department. Note : You need to own your own board |

| Middle School | Year 9/10 Touch Trials | WIM |
| There is trials/training for Year 9&10 Touch Boys and Girls on Thursday. The trials will be from 3:30pm to 5:00pm on the Rugby field. This is for anyone who came to trials last week, as well as anyone who missed out, come along sign up and play for the college in the North Harbour Year 9&10 Touch Competition next term. If you have any questions or want to play but can not make it please come and let Matua Winiana know. Nau mai, Haere mai. |
