For anyone planning on going to University next year, you should definitely come along to get all the information you need on how to apply for scholarships.

All After School Maths Tutorials WEB
  Struggling with Maths? Need help with Homework? Wanting assistance with Numeracy? Wanting to improve your maths skills! If you are saying Yes to any of these questions, the Mathematics department run FREE after school maths tutorials every Tuesday in B3. Some of the Maths teachers are there to help you prepare for tests, help with homework, guide you through tough maths problems. Tutorials start at 3:15 and you can sty for up to an hour. No Bookings required!

  Drama club is on today at lunch in the Drama room. At Drama club we play games and do group exercises that aim to build your dramatic skills and confidence. All students are welcome!

All Inter-house READING Competition RHO
  We have introduced a NEW Inter-house activity. BOOK READING: Therefore it's a good time to start reading more. This competition will run for the year.  Every 10 books issued from the school Library to a students will earn a Gem for their house. The Gems will be updated (by placing a house coloured gem in the display book container) every 2 weeks.  The house with the most amount of gems at the end of the year wins this competition.

 
 
All Old and new gym open at lunchtimes KOE
  The old and new gyms will be open at lunchtime on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays this term to be used by any students. The sports shed (small shed outside by the bus bay) will be open to loan equipment out at lunchtime if you need. When in the gyms at lunch, please ensure you have your shoes and socks off, there is no eating and drinking, and make sure you leave on the first bell to get to whanau in time. At this stage the gyms will be closed Mondays and Fridays.

  Trapping is on Wednesday. All trappers please go to the portacom at the start of lunch on Wednesday.

 
 
All YEAR 10 NCEA ASSESSMENTS SCL
  All year 10 students will be sitting their NCEA literacy and numeracy assessments period 1 and 2 on the following dates:
READING Thursday 23rd, WRITING Friday 24th, NUMERACY Monday.
Make sure you have your device charged and meet outside the hall at 8:45am each morning. Bring a book or something paper based to do if you finish early. Make sure you know your username and password to login.

 
 
Senior School Year 11/12 Literacy and Numeracy Assessments SCL
  Those Year 11 and 12 students sitting their NCEA literacy (reading/writing) assessments this week need to meet on the court outside A block on the following dates and times:
READING Thursday 23rd (leave class at 10:30 for an interval start into period 3)
WRITING Friday 24th (period 3/4)
Make sure you have logged onto the NZQA website and know your username and password.
